My dear friend
Yvette who lives is the Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada, has a great sense of timing.
Just back from Europe, here is what she sent me:
Dear Anny, ...this is a link to a very humorous video on YouTube...

My reply:
Dear Yvette:
I just came back from my Hypnotism Training Institute of Alberta campus in Budapest, Hungary to teach HYP 601 , Hypnotherapy and the Paranormal also called Spiritual Hypnosis and had also flown to the Lycée du Sacré Coeur de Kalina (the catholic school in Léopoldville I went to) school reunion in Brussels, Belgium.I flew from:
Edmonton – SECURITY - to Montréal;
Montréal – Frankfurt;
Frankfurt – SECURITY – Budapest.
Budapest – SECURITY – Munich – SECURITY – because they did not trust the Budapest security.
They even scanned my checked in luggage! - Brussels.---
Brussels – SECURITY – Montréal
Montréal – SECURITY – Toronto;
Toronto – Edmonton.In total I flew in 8 different planes and passed 6 different SECURITY Checkpoints !
I think by then, having clearance six times, I would have screamed had I had one more security to pass.
Thank you for the laughter!
I feel much better now.
Hugs,
Anny
And here is Yvette’s reply:
Here's another way to view things Anny -
Well, since it was in Canada and Europe, I did not have to
endure "the Pat Down". However, I had going through security down to a science.
When flying to Toronto the month before flying to Europe, I found out my new
pair of shoes were setting off all the bells and whistles, to the point I
thought they would do a body search.
So first, I removed my shoes and put them in a tray. Then, put my purse , with
my keys beside it in a tray. Next, my coat and my jacket in a tray. Took my
laptop out of its case, and put it in a tray, along with the case, of course.
Grabbed my carry-on luggage, opened it, and put the one litre transparent
re-sealing plastic bag with the lotion and toothpaste in a tray. Still emptying
my carry on luggage, I took out a bag containing all my electronics and put it
in a tray. Would you believe it? That bag was taking half of the space in my
suitcase. Ah, the time when all what was needed is paper and a pen! My carry-on
luggage ended my unloading. The poor thing, half empty, on the conveyor belt all
by itself.
The fun was putting everything back on, shoes first, the laptop back in its case
and the rest in the carry-on suitcase.
Yes, I went trough this ritual six times!
Will I travel by plane again? Of course, I will! What is
the alternative?
How about flying private jet?
